H.E. Nassereddin HEIDARI, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Thailand attended the opening ceremony of the 72nd Bangkok Gem & Jewelry Exhibition on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, and then visited several Iranian exhibitors. Thailand's gem and jewelry industry, which contributes considerably to Thailand's GDP as well as employment for approximately 1 million Thais, has become one of the drivers of the country's economic growth. Thailand is currently one of the leading countries in the gem and jewelry industry in the world.
