Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran takes part at the opening ceremony of the Bangkok Gem Jewelry Fair

H.E. Nassereddin HEIDARI, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Thailand attended the opening ceremony of the 72nd Bangkok Gem & Jewelry Exhibition on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, and then visited several Iranian exhibitors.

Thailand's gem and jewelry industry, which contributes considerably to Thailand's GDP as well as employment for approximately 1 million Thais, has become one of the drivers of the country's economic growth. Thailand is currently one of the leading countries in the gem and jewelry industry in the world.
